Our packages include delivery, set-up, and dismantling of seating, decorations and furniture. In particular:
  • PICNIC: low tables, cushions, carpets, lanterns, LED candles, flowers, garlands, table linens, plates, glasses, cutlery.
  • TEEPEE DATE: curtain, carpet, cushions, blankets, baskets, poufs, low tables, LED candles, lanterns, garlands, glasses.
  • MOVIE NIGHT: cloth, projector, carpets, poufs, blankets, low tables, lanterns, LED candles, glasses.

No, we don’t do catering but only create the setting for your moments. However, you can add as extras some products that we have carefully selected through our trusted partners.
For logistical reasons we are unable to cover all areas, such as the historic center and the restricted traffic zones. When booking you will have to select your area, if you find it present in the menu it means that you can proceed, otherwise, we recommend that you contact us to see if it is possible to find a solution.
It must be a private place and not a public one. Each package requires the minimum characteristics necessary to guarantee its set-up, in terms of size and height of the space available. Once you have selected the package you are interested in purchasing, you will find all the information necessary to guarantee the success of the setup.
When you book the service, the time indicated in the calendar refers to the start of your event, and when you want your guests to arrive. You must consider that, for the setup, we will arrive one to two and a half hours early, depending on the package chosen and the number of participants. For clearing, however, once your event is over, you have to consider an hour.
No, once the package has been set up we will leave and then return at the end of the rental hours to clear out and clean the area. We will still be available on the phone if you need us.
We specialize in micro-events to take maximum care of our customers and guarantee the right atmosphere
  • PICNIC includes a minimum of 2 people up to a maximum of 12;
  • TEEPEE DATE has a maximum of 2 people;
  • MOVIE NIGHT includes a minimum of 2 people up to a maximum of 12.
Once you have selected the desired package, you will need to indicate the number of participants (children, if they participate, count as sessions). The size of the tables will be managed based on the number of participants indicated For larger groups, send a request using the CONTACT FORM.
In the event of cancellation we do not offer refunds but, based on advance notice, we may reschedule the event or offer you a credit to use on our site. If the cancellation occurs before two weeks of the event, you will receive the credit, beyond this threshold no credit will be issued.
  • For bookings of 2 to 4 people: no refund. For changes and cancellations before 72 hours of the event, you will receive a credit for the total amount. If cancellation occurs between 72 and 24 hours you will receive a credit of 50% of the total amount. Cancellations within 24 hours will not receive any credit.
  • For bookings of 6 to 12 people: no refund. For changes and cancellations before 14 days of the event, you will receive a credit for the total amount. If the cancellation occurs between 7 and 13 days you will receive a credit of 50% of the total amount. Cancellations within 7 days will not receive any credit.
If the forecast shows the possibility of rain 48 hours before the event, we will contact you to see the possible options for a possible rescheduling. In case of cancellation due to rain, a credit for the total amount will be issued.
